Alexander is a Legal Advisor and Lecturer in Law who works with Laval University in Quebec and Toulouse 1 University Capitole in France as well as several other institutions and organizations. He is a highly educated individual who has earned a Master's degree in International Trade and Commercial Law; Master's degree in European and International Law; Bachelor's degree in Law; and a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Atanasov is also currently a PhD candidate. Additionally, he is a member of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
Mr. Atanasov spends a great deal of time on the research and analysis of a variety of legal issues. He lectures on economically efficient legal rules and Economic Development Law. Alexander provides international legal advice, including offering assistance to governmental organizations in the development of economically efficient rules and the promotion of economic development. He also helps companies to organize their legal infrastructure and stimulate their business. In addition, he assists companies in international negotiations in the United States, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Russia, and China.
